We always get a lot of questions and comments about what it takes to build the condos into shape for your family. So, we thought you might like to see what the build-out weekend at 202C was like. Enjoy the pictures below from the weekend that 202C was born!

| Thank goodness many nearby stores are 24 hour! We work until 4AM first night buying and loading in. |

| The build out begins. Once 4 full vanloads are loaded in, then the real work begins! |

Friday Evening 1/11/08
This one you won't believe - but it's TRUE. I'm sitting at home tonight (1/11/08) and the phone rings. It's John Cline. He says "You ready to open the next unit?" I'm like "WHAT?!" He proceeds to tell me that he's just purchased another new unit - this time unit 202C ""C" once again stands for The "C" in Cline, Same as 402C. He has an expedited closing closed on the unit last week of January. This two bedroom will be another Masterpiece!
So, he and I just got back from Florida 1/27/08 after having built out another fantastic unit... just in time for a February 2008 first guest arrival!
Get your dates NOW before they all sell out! All Weeks are available as of now. This Gorgeous 2 BR 2 Bth uit will SELL OUT entirely (yes, every night will be sold out) for 2008.
