I am not an owner who is OUT OF STATE, or worse - OUT OF THE COUNTRY! We walk through the units between EVERY GUEST which allows us to keep our units at the highest quality level for your vacation. We don't use a fancy management company that charges us a ton of money that ultimately gets passed on to you with higher prices. Our owners MUST be willing to SAVE YOU MONEY and be current on all Taxes, HOA fees, Association charges, and maintain a very strict code of ethics and business professionalism - more strict than any other group of owners at Windsor Hills. Our #1 Question we get: Are these rates TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE? Answer: NO. Why? Three reasons. 1. We paid LESS for some of our units than others so we can Charge you LESS as an average during low season. Here is an example: We recently bought a Townhouse for $148,000. Two doors down, a Townhouse was bought at the peak by a different owner for $249,000. Therefore, since we paid less, we are in a better position to CHARGE YOU LESS. 2. We don't use a Fancy Management Company that charges us a ton of money because we live in Central Florida and can walk through our units between guests to be sure the units are in great condition. Therefore, we are not paying for many things and maintenance services that an out of state owner has to pay for. Therefore, our expenses can be LOWER and we can CHARGE YOU LESS. 3. We now have 17 units at Windsor Hills and through numbers come EXPENSE SAVINGS. Therefore, we can CHARGE YOU LESS. Please read more about this at the ALL QUESTIONS ANSWERED page. Our BEST savings are during LOW SEASON, with $299, $399 rates. Also, the numbers listed above are BASE RATES, you still must add Cleaning fee, taxes, and other fees etc. as shown on your itemized quote.
Add Cleaning Fee of $75, ($95 for TOWNHOUSE) and Tax of 13% to all rates. Townhouses with South Facing Pool require additional $19 per week pool fee. End Unit Townhouse Higher on weekly base rates.

We rent to over 800 Windsor Hills Guest Families each year. You can follow us at Twitter.com/WindsorHills and on YouTube at WindsorHillsDave Channel. We support and promote Windsor Hills and all it has to offer as an outstanding and high quality Vacation Destination.
We also fully support the Windsor Hills Ventura, Vista, Enclave, Master Associations by remaining fully current with all Homeowner Association Dues. Our properties are all registered with State of Florida Department of Revenue, Osceola County Tourist Tax Department, hold current State of Florida DBPR Hotel/Motel Licenses, as well as Osceola County Business Tax Receipts. Mortgages (on properties that have mortgages) are current. We maintain all property tax payments, have local management and maintenance to ensure legal and guest compliance, and support all association rules. We also enforce a zero tolerance policy with regard to guest behavior while at our beautiful resort and lay out a number of rules and regulations that guests are required to follow. These rules are sent to guests prior to arrival. We have been owners at Windsor Hills Resort since 2006 and look forward to the continuation of maintaining our properties in the future.

-Must be over age 25 or accompanied by parent or guardian to rent. Must sign contract which includes waiver of eligibility, responsibility, and release. No 3rd party bookings or agents. The party booking and/or paying for the condo must be the party occupying the condo as well as the party who accepts the online contract. You May cancel up to 60 days prior to your arrival. Closer than 60 days, all monies paid are forfeited. If we are successful at re-renting your dates at the rate you paid, then you receive a full refund. All bookings originating from outside USA to be paid in US Funds ONLY by credit card (NO CHECKS, MONEY ORDERS, BANK DRAFTS, DEBITS FROM OUT OF COUNTRY). Orders from WITHIN the US and Canada are payable by Check, Money Order, Bank Draft, Credit Card. All rates quoted are in USD (US Dollars). Any payments by credit card or through paypal via credit card from inside or out of the USA require a 6 week hold for refund. Owners reserve the right to refuse service or rental to anyone, for any reason, and may require additional verification or identification solely as deemed necessary, up to and including, Drivers License, Legal Photo ID, Passport, or other proof of identification through any and all means. All bookings are on a first-come, first-served basis. Your dates are held for you by confirmation and contract once you agree to book the dates AND receive a confirmation via email. All dates are still considered for sale until confirmation is sent by us. Dates will be canceled in the event of non payment of deposit or final payment on final payment date (or agreed upon date), with no refund due. Guest agrees to check out on checkout date per contract or face forcible eviction by local law enforcement authorities as ordered by local property manager. Refer to rental agreement for other contracted points. Book early, as all dates sell out.

We are very close to Disney World, for rent by the week! We are in Kissimmee Windsor Hills, because Windsor Hills has the nicest condos. We rent our Windsor Hills Kissimmee we own several Windsor Hills Condo. Some people call it an Orlando Condo or Condos in Orlando but we think of it as a Disney World Condo. We are a Windsor Hills Condo and it is in a group of Condos near disney. We are Windsor Hills Disney and it is Condo Windsor Hills
