OFFICIAL GUARANTEE RULES AND INFORMATION

Void where prohibited.

1. HOW THE GUARANTEE WORKS:

A.    The TEN GRAND GUARANTEE covers all VacationCentralFlorida.com guests regardless of length of stay, and covers entire length of stay, from Check-in date on the Contract to Check-out date on the Contract.  One $10,000 Guarantee per Condo per Rental for FORECLOSURE.
 

B.    To participate in the Guarantee, you must rent your Vacation Condo, Townhouse, or House from VacationCentralFlorida.com, and be holding a valid VacationCentralFlorida.com confirmation, with your dates fully paid, and arrive at the unit on check-in day to find by surprise that your unit has been FORECLOSED, leaving you with nowhere to stay due to the FORECLOSURE of the VacationCentralFlorida.com property.

 
To participate in the TEN GRAND GUARANTEE, you must be a registered Guest by entering your first and last name, complete address, city, state, zip code, home telephone number, and a valid email address in the online registration form, and will have made FULL PAYMENT of your Vacation Condo.  Only one guest per email address.  Guarantee will be deemed made to the authorized account holder of the email address submitted at the time of registration.  The authorized account holder is the natural person who is assigned to the email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible by assigning email address or the domain associated with the submitted email address. 

For purposes of the official Guarantee, “receipt” of an online registration will be solely determined when the VacationCentralFlorida.com web servers record the entry information.  Any automated computer receipt (such as one confirming delivery of an email) does not constitute actual receipt of a guest registration for purposes of these Official Guarantee Rules.  Multiple participants are not permitted to share the same email address.  All registrations submitted become the sole property of VacationCentralFlorida.com and will not be acknowledged or returned.  Use of any device to automate registraton entry, or placing and paying for fraudulent bookings is prohibited.  Proof of submission of an registration shall not be deemed proof of receipt by VacationCentralFlorida.com.  VacationCentralFlorida.com's computer is the official time keeping device for the Guarantee. 

C.    All registrations, guests, and payments in full must be received by VacationCentralFlorida.com.  VacationCentralFlorida.com is not responsible for registrations or payments not received due to difficulty accessing the Internet, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.  In addition, VacationCentralFlorida.com is not responsible for telephone service outages, delays, busy signals, equipment malfunctions, travel delays, cancellations or any other technological difficulties or acts of God that may prevent an individual from registering, arriving at, or occupying the Condo.  Limit one one (1) guarantee per booking.

2. ELIGIBILITY AND RESTRICTIONS:

1. The Guarantee is open to all guests who are 25 years of age or older and occupy a VacationCentralFlorida Condo for any length of time as recorded and accepted per standard booking registration online.  Bookings made must be accepted and paid for in order to activate the guarantee.  Employees of VacationCentralFlorida.com its licensees, its corporate parents, subsidiaries, and affiliates, its advertising agencies, participating sponsors/promotional partners, other Condo, Townhouse, or House owners who rent their properties and the members of their immediate families and/or households are ineligible to participate or receive the $10,000 Guarantee. Subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Guests are required to provide truthful information and VacationCentralFlorida.com will reject and delete any registration that it discovers to be false or fraudulent.  VacationCentralFlorida.com will disqualify any registration from individuals who do not meet the eligibility requirements. Guest must show valid government-issued photo identification, and must sign all required Affidavits of eligibility and/or liability releases in order to claim guarantee in the event the guarantee is paid.

3. GUARANTEE:

1. One Guarantee of $10,000 per Condo unit will be paid to Guest registrant in the event of FORECLOSURE of the unit that the guest has arrived to occupy.

2. The person receiving the Guarantee $10,000 will forfeit any payment if not claimed within three (3) days of being surprised by arriving at the foreclosure. In the event that the Guarantee $10,000 is mailed to the Guest, it will be with the prior written consent of the Guest and therefore, Guest assumes the risk of its loss.

3. There is no substitution or transfer.  The Guarantee $10,000 does not include taxes, gratuities or any other expenses.  Other restrictions may apply.  Once Guest cancels, or is otherwise notified and fully refunded for their booking dates and fees, Guest is ineligible for the Guarantee.   

4. GUARANTEE PAYOUT

A.    Decisions of the VacationCentralFlorida.com management with respect to the Guarantee are final.

B.    Each day during the Guarantee Period (including Saturdays and Sundays), Occupying Guests are covered.  If FORECLOSURE happens with a fully booked (and paid) Guest in the unit, the Guarantee will be paid to the occupying guest.
 

C.    Odds of becoming a Guarantee Payout Recipient cannot be calculated given the excellent credit record of VacationCentralFlorida.com Condo owners.  
 

D.    Recipients must arrive at the Condo and be surprised at the Foreclosure or have a Foreclosure take place by surprise while they are ocupying the Condo in order to collect the Guarantee Payout.
 

5. CONDITIONS:

1. Payments of all federal, state and local taxes are solely the responsibility of the Guarantee Payout Recipient.  The Recipient will be required to complete and submit an IRS Form W-9 with the Recipient’s full Social Security Number or the equivalent for receipt of the $10,000.  Failure to submit a complete W-9 or equivalent will result in forfeiture of the $10,000 Guarantee.

2. By participating in the Guarantee, guest agrees to have their name, voice, or likeness used in any advertising or broadcasting material relating to this Guarantee without additional financial or other compensation, and, where legal, to sign a publicity release confirming such consent prior to acceptance of the $10,000 Guarantee payout.

3. Prior to awarding the $10,000 Guarantee, VacationCentralFlorida, in their sole discretion may require Recipient to sign a liability release, agreeing to hold VacationCentralFlorida, its corporate licensee, its parent, subsidiary and affiliated corporations, and the officers, shareholders, directors, employees, agents, and representatives of each harmless against any and all claims or liability arising directly or indirectly for the $10,000 or participation in the Guarantee.   VacationCentralFlorida.com, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify any person tampering with the registration process, the operation of the website or is otherwise in violation of the Guarantee rules.
