ALWAYS ask WHICH WAY your Townhouse Pool faces at Windsor Hills:
We get asked a lot "Whats all the fuss about a SOUTH FACING or SOUTHERN EXPOSURE pool?" On this page we show you why. Most folks in the winter come to Windsor Hills for the warmth of the sun and to lay in the sun or the pool at our townhouses. Some folks, however, DO come to sit on the pool deck IN SHADE. Either is fine, but we choose to have our pool deck IN THE SUN the maximum amount of the year. At VacationCentralFlorida.com, We ONLY BUY Townhouses that have SOUTH FACING or SOUTHERN EXPOSURE pool decks.
SOUTH FACING: As you walk OUT of your sliding doors you are FACING SOUTH.
SOUTH EXPOSURE: As you walk out of your sliding doors you can look up Left or Right to the SOUTH.
If you want SUN on your pool deck (For example, in December), be sure you are asking if the pool is SOUTH FACING or SOUTHERN EXPOSURE. If this is NOT IMPORTANT to you, it is not an issue and will not matter which way your pool is FACING.
On December 23, 2010 at 12Noon, we took a few photos of WHY we only buy Townhouses with SOUTH FACING or SOUTHERN EXPOSURE pools. It's all about the amount of sunlight on the pool deck when the sun is LOW in the southern sky (primarily in winter).

Some people like SUN on their pool deck, some people like SHADE on their pool deck. Either is good. It's your decision, just know which one you want. We only have SOUTH FACING or SOUTH EXPOSURE pool decks for Maximum Sun for the pool and pool deck. |

Because of what you see above, We ONLY buy Townhouses with pool decks that have a VIEW of the SOUTHERN SKY. Be sure to ask which way you are facing when you walk out of your Townhouse sliding doors.
