Cocoa Beach Club 205 Condo- Direct Oceanview Condo!

The location and space were perfect. Easy check-in. One of the baths didn't work and shower pressure was low. Laundry is on site but there is no coin machine.

We had such a relaxing stay! Their were ocean views from every window. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking over the pool. The bedrooms were very spacious. The condo was right infront of the pier and was a great location for surfing. They had everything you needed for a beach day too. We would definitely book again the future.

Very nice condo but needs some work. When they call it beach front property that is not true you can look around back porch and see ocean so not beach front property. The shower head in main bathroom needs changed, ceiling fan in second bedroom needs work, need a light in master bedroom, and cleaning person needs a stiff talking to, if you pay 150.00 it should be clean. Now area around condo is very well kept, pool very clean and grass is kept very well. Outside showers when you come from beach is very nice, all in all location was very nice.

Our unit was very convenient to pool and beach. The unit itself was OK. There some issues with the stairs and door knobs through out. We were even locked in the Master bedroom at one point! And watch out for the pool gates. Our daughter had her big toe nail completely ripped off when the gate sprung back on her. Property manager was not very friendly and fussed at my husband and I like were on College Spring Break (with 4 kids). The unit was clean but a bit outdated, but the photos and description were accurate. You should definitely get the pool gates changed, they are hazardous!
