Rental Policies

Deposits Explained:

 

50% of booking total due at time of booking; If check-in date is 30 days or more from the date of reservation. 

 

100% of booking total due if inside of 30 days to check-in date.  

 

We HIGHLY recommend adding trip insurance to ALL reservations.

 

Please note: Due to certain State regulations. We currently cannot offer Travel Insurance to guests living in New York, or Hawaii. Please make sure to plan accordingly. For more information on Travel Insurance click here. If you have ANY questions, please reach out!

 

BALANCE DUE 30 DAYS TO ARRIVAL.  ALL PAYMENTS ARE IN USD (US DOLLARS) MADE BY CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD ONLY.

Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATION.  Guests may cancel 60 days, or more to arrival for any reason and deposit will be 100% returned minus applicable fees ( credit card processing fee). It is necessary to notify us as soon as possible. If Guest cancels from 30 to 60 days of scheduled arrival date, Guest forfeits half (50%) of the deposit received. Guest cancellations inside of 30 to 0 days from arrival date forfeits the full (100%) of the monies paid for the reservation. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect any chances of a refund inside of 60 days before your stay. It is the most cost-effective/ only way to protect your reservation refund inside 60 days. 

 

VacationCentralFlorida, LLC may at any time deem the unit uninhabitable, for any reason. If guest is occupying the unit. Guest agrees to vacate the premises and will be refunded for the portion of unused nights. If unit becomes uninhabitable prior to guest’s arrival or during stay, we may choose to relocate guest into a unit of equal or better accommodation, or fully refund Guest for unused nights and cancel the agreement. In the event of any party, inapropriate behavior, or event deemed unacceptable by VacationCentralFlorida, LLC staff. Guests may be forcibly removed by the local authorities with no refund of unused nights.

8. Indemnification. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold VacationCentralFlorida and  its partners, employees, and affiliates, harmless from any liability, loss, claim and expense, including reasonable attorney's fees, related to your violation of this Agreement or use of this Website.

9. Disclaimer. The information on this Website is provided on an "as is," "as available" basis. Use of this Website is at your sole risk. VacationCentralFlorida disclaims all warranties, including but not limited express, statutory, and implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the extent your jurisdiction does not allow limitations on warranties, this limitation may not apply to you. Your sole and exclusive remedy relating to your use of this Website shall be to discontinue using it..

10. Limitation of Liability. Under no circumstances will VacationCentralFlorida be liable or responsible for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential (including damages from loss of business, lost profits, litigation, or the like), special, exemplary, punitive, or other damages, under any legal theory, arising out of or in any way relating to the  Website, your Website use, or the content, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the Website and/or content is to cease all  use of it.

You may have additional rights under certain laws (including consumer laws) which do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, or the exclusion or limitation of certain damages. If these laws apply to you, exclusions or limitations in this Agreement that directly conflict with such laws may not apply.

11. Use of Information. VacationCentralFlorida.com reserves the right, and you authorize us, to use and assign all information regarding site uses by you and all information provided by you in any manner consistent with our Privacy Policy.

12. Copyrights and Copyright Agent. If you believe your work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement, or your intellectual property rights have otherwise been violated, please provide notice to us immediately.

13. Applicable Law. The laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflicts of law provisions will govern these Terms and Condition of Use and any dispute that may arise from them.

4. Severability. If any provision of this Agreement shall be adjudged by any court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement will otherwise remain in full force and effect.

15. Waiver. The failure of VacationCentralFlorida to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision.  Any waiver of this Agreement by must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of VacationCentralFlorida.

16. Termination. VacationCentralFlorida may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without notice, for any reason.

17. Relationship of the Parties.  Nothing contained in this Agreement or your use of the Website shall be construed to constitute either party as a partner, joint venture, employee or agent of the other party, nor shall either party hold itself out as such.  Neither party has any right or authority to incur, assume or create, in writing or otherwise, any warranty, liability or other obligation of any kind, express or implied, in the name of or on behalf of the other party, it being intended by both parties that each shall remain independent contractors responsible for its own actions.

18. Entire Agreement. This Terms of Use constitutes the entire agreement between you and VacationCentralFlorida and governs the terms and conditions of your use of the Website and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals.
