Deposits Explained:


50% of booking total due at time of booking; If check-in date is 30 days or more from the date of reservation. 


100% of booking total due if inside of 30 days to check-in date.  


We HIGHLY recommend adding trip insurance to ALL reservations. It is the best and most cost-effective way to guarantee a refund (minus the cost of the travel insurance).


Please note: Due to certain State regulations. We currently cannot offer Travel Insurance to guests living in New York, or Hawaii. Please make sure to plan accordingly. For more information on Travel Insurance click here. If you have ANY questions, please reach out!



Cancellation Policy:

CANCELLATION.  Guests may cancel 61 days, or more to arrival for any reason and deposit will be 100% returned minus applicable fees (3% processing fee). It is necessary to notify us as soon as possible. If Guest cancels from 31 to 60 days of scheduled arrival date, Guest forfeits half (50%) of the deposit received. Guest cancellations inside of 30 to 0 days from arrival date forfeits the full (100%) of the monies paid for the reservation. We HIGHLY recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect any chances of a refund inside of 60 days before your stay. It is the most cost-effective/ only way to protect your reservation refund inside 60 days. 


VacationCentralFlorida, LLC may at any time deem the unit uninhabitable, for any reason. If guest is occupying the unit. Guest agrees to vacate the premises and will be refunded for the portion of unused nights. If unit becomes uninhabitable prior to guest’s arrival or during stay, we may choose to relocate guest into a unit of equal or better accommodation, or fully refund Guest for unused nights and cancel the agreement. In the event of any party, inapropriate behavior, or event deemed unacceptable by VacationCentralFlorida, LLC staff. Guests may be forcibly removed by the local authorities with no refund of unused nights.
