Daisy's Cottage, Private Pool, Spacious Paradise Palms Townhome

Condo was perfect for our families vacation, clean roomy and very convenient to local attractions

I debated on if I should make the overall rating a 3 or 4 but decided to go with a 4. The property itself is very nice and comfortable. It was a little farther away from Disney than we would have liked but for the price it was worth the extra travel. Additionally, the light switches being labeled were a nice touch. However, it wasn't without issues.
The two bedrooms that have bunk beds (understandably) do not have ceiling fans. That caused those rooms to be stuffer than the others. Trying to keep the thermostat so that those rooms are comfortable, but without freezing out the other rooms was a challenge/ impossibility.
Also, when we first arrived at the gate to the community our names had not been transmitted to the guard to allow us to get a parking pass. The guard mentioned that they had been having trouble all day, so it is possible that there was a glitch in the community security system. I contacted the property manager, and he was able to rectify the issue within about 30 minutes.
Upon arriving at the property and checking things out, we noticed that two of the switches by the back door, labeled “café” and “pool” did nothing. I immediately reported this to the property manager, and he indicated that they would have maintenance come out the following day to check on it. When we returned from the parks on the 2nd day, I noticed that there were still no lights in the pool area, and at that time also noticed that the pool was not heated. It is possible that we were supposed to request the pool to be headed, but I never saw that option in any of the documentation provided. I called the property manager again, but they didn’t answer so I left a message saying that the lights in the pool still were not working and that the pool was not heated. I received no response that day nor the remainder of our trip and the pool lighting and heating issues were never addressed.

This is the second time we are staying in this resort and they always deliver the best experience from home.
We will recommend this resort to everyone traveling .

We loved our stay. The place was clean and well organized. We had a large group and really enjoyed the large community pool and being able to have the small pool in the yard. I highly recommend staying here on your next trip to Florida

Enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Location was great. House had everything you'd need for a comfortable stay. If I had any complaint it would be the thermostat locked at 72° I like it a little cooler but not a deal breaker.

Beautiful house, clean and confortable. I hope to come back soon. Excellent for a big family with kids.

It was a delight to stay in this beautiful home! It was clean, decorated with such taste, there was lots of room, and lots of bathrooms which is extra helpful. It was also helpful to have a full size fridge that makes ice.

This was a gift and what a gift.

Wonderful. We were here for a work/vacation. This home allowed us to work and feel like we were on vacation.

This home is Located in good place very close to every thing, just name it super market and all the parks, Universal Disney SeaWorld and other.

It was great. We enjoyed our stay, the place was clean and I loved the beds, very comfortable. Could use another sitting chair in the living room so family can sit together instead of at kitchen table. I love the fact the they have an alarm at the back door to the pool. The pool was a lil smaller than what we are use to but it served us a great stay. A chair or two on the front porch won’t hurt to sit and enjoy the out side view. The kids loved it. We would stay again. Thank you for a great time in your home

The pictures on the website doesn't add up to what you see in person. This house is Gorgeous. If you like the pictures trust and believe you will fall in love with this townhouse. Host is perfect with communication. There's not enough adjectives in the dictionary to describe how AWESOME this house is. Please book it you will be pleased. Who ever did the decorations gets a hi five.

My experience overall was good, renting process and check in went very smooth. House overall was exactly what pictures showed. We enjoyed ourselves and would rent again.

Daisy’s cottage was spacious and perfectly decorated. We were very comfortable there. The property manager was very quick to respond to our questions. The only negative thing I can say is that the kitchen floor was sticky when we arrived but there some basic cleaning supplies so that I could mop and the grill had not been cleaned. The rest of the stay was perfect!
