The best little cozy getaway

Easy to find and get in. Beds comfortable. Beach access behind the building. Laundry room out back of building- washed clothes but hung to dry in room fries overnight. Kitchen had what we needed to cool with - no dishwasher. Mostly quiet until 1000 PM then a neighbor or possibly neighboring building would randomly yell out.

Rental was perfect for my visit. Steps away from the beach, unit had everything I needed and well supplied with all necessities. Very comfortable and quite at night.

It was great I loved everything about the place

The property management was very responsive, the apartment was clean when we arrived and the AC worked very well. All kitchen utensils needed were there. The location was AWESOME! I loved not having to drive to the beach to and search for parking- we just walked to the beach every day (literally 1 minute away) and could walk to the pier and the beach wasn’t crowded in this area either. We watched two rocket launches while there and you could see them clearly from the beach! Great view and so fun to watch from the beach. There was also several beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards in the apartment- so great to not have to buy or rent. I definitely recommend! We had a great time!

Unit 25 was equipped enough to handle a good beach vacation vacation.The location on beach is excellent and gas and groceries are close by.

This is the second year I’ve stayed at this place, and I loved it again this year. It is in a wonderful location, right on the beach. It’s by so many places to shop and eat at. It’s also a very quiet place to stay.

This is our second stay at Richard Arms and our first at this wonderful two-bedroom condo. We love the proximity to the beach and the quiet street - away from all the A1A traffic!
Check-in was painless, and we had all details early on the day of arrival.
The condo is clean, comfortable, well supplied and beautifully decorated. We found everything that we needed for a great stay.
We loved seeing the cruise ships depart on the weekend and we got to see a launch - from our chairs on the beach!
We would not hesitate to stay here again.

The condo apartment was adorably decorated and clean.The beds are very comfortable king size, which is hard to come by. The shower had great pressure and towels were fluffy. The couch is also very comfy. The owners were very nice. It was quiet and peaceful and everything I needed after losing my Mom. The beach is breathtaking with flocks of seagulls and many beautiful seashells to gather along the amazing beach! I loved that the crowd was older and chill, no crazy parties etc. It was worth every single cent. Would absolutely love to return. My only complaint is that I live in Ohio. Lol.

We truly enjoyed the condo. Though we thought it was on the lower level, we managed with the 2nd floor just fine. It was clean, had everything we needed and met nice people staying there and on the beach. Parking lot was being paved that week, but parking off the roadway worked for everyone.

This rental was perfect for the week. My husband and I loved the location and were very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our stay at the beach. We will definitely be staying there again.

The rental was just as expected. Clean,everything we needed was found in the unit. The location was a short walk to the beach, short drive to grocery stores and restaurants. The owner and cleaning staff was very friendly and helpful. You may want to check out the beach supplies in the unit before you buy some. We would stay here again.

Went down for a little R&R and my stay expectations were BLOWN AWAY!! Management was SUPER friendly and accommodating.

The condo has a view of the ocean but is not right on the ocean. The development was quiet. There is a large patio with a private walk to the beach. It was very clean, comfortable. There was beach towels, plenty of linen and a set up kitchen. The heat/air kept the condo very comfortable. This is a sweet place and can’t wait till we get back.

Clean, close to the beach, well stocked and perfect.

We had a great stay at this location. The location was nice but we did not realize that it was upstairs and does not really have an ocean view. You can see a tiny bit of the ocean. However, it was less than a minute to be on the beach. The room had beach chairs, boards, tons of toys, beach towels, and even a small cooler. It is a somewhat short walk to the pier and many restaurants etc. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this room. Everyone we met was extremely friendly. Also, those beach sunrises are the stuff of dreams.

My friends and I really enjoyed our stay! It was the perfect walk to the beach and extremely quite. We felt like we had a private beach to ourselves most of the stay. The condo had everything we needed. It was clean and the other residents were really friendly. We go to FL every year around this time, so we'll definitely try to book this same condo again.

Great really nice condo could not have had any better well keep the only problem the TV was hard to operate some written guide would jave been nice i would highly recommend this. Place for a fun filled stress less vacation

Very nice condo overall. Well equipped though smaller in the front room areas. I would say that the sofa needs to be exchanged as it was not very comfortable and reclining function did not work. The bed I slept in was comfortable, my daughter said the other was too firm, but okay. I loved the lack people on the section of the beach where the condo is located. Parking was limited and guest had to park across the street, and were constantly worried about the towing sign. The owner assured us they would not be towed. The listing should state there is only one space per condo. Overall it was an excellent place for a short get away but I would not stay for long term.
