Spanish Main 63- Rare Direct Oceanfront 3 BR Condo!

Love the location. Is a little dated. Really NEEDS NEW bedroom furniture in the spare rooms. The drawers are so musty you cannot put clothes in them

The condo is very nice and clean with amazing views and easy access to the beach and pool. Quiet complex and well maintained.

We had issue free rental, check-in and stay. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants that we like. The 3 bedrooms fits our family perfectly.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The size was perfect for our family and we loved being on the beach. Everything was clean and there were plenty of towels. Our one complaint was the supplies were lacking. There were no coffee filters, salt, pepper or spices. Being issued only one packet of dishwasher detergent, one packet of laundry detergent and one roll of toilet paper per bathroom was upsetting. It would have been nice to have at least one packet of dishwashing soap per day.

It was good,,, no real issues,,, bathroom doors didn’t lock but other then that it was fine..

Everything was clean, much bigger than expected and super easy check in and check out. Beautiful view and easy beach access.

Privet Beach, quite, great views. Close to Orlando, And Kennedy Space Center.

Stayed in Unit 63 with 2 of our grandkids for 3 days. The oceanfront view from the balcony is spectacular. The kids loved walking right off the beach and to the pool. The unit is nice and clean. A/C worked great which was nice as it was in the 90's everyday. Furniture was nice and beds were comfortable. Suggestion - get rid of the carpets in the bedrooms and replace the balcony furniture with high top chair and tables so that you can see the beautiful ocean views over the railing. We would recommend this unit to anyone looking for a nice comfortable place to stay.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Cocco Beach. The condo was a perfect location. Some renovations have already been done and are in process. Restaurants and stores are very close by some in walking distance right off of fourth Street. The maintenance company (Steve) was very helpful to work with. Suggestions would be new towels, cleaning items such as brooms and mops, and locks on all doors are needing to be replaced. We would definitely choose this location again!

We had a wonderful experience staying at Spanish Main. The ocean view is beautiful and access to the beach was easy and quiet. Beds were very comfortable! Loved having a reserved garage parking spot for our time staying here. Will recommend to others!

Would have liked to see evidence that the $130 cleaning fee was used to keep the condo throughly cleaned.
Shower curtain was so dirty with soap scum and mildew. Walk in shower needed mildew scrubbed off.
When we vacuumed the floor it was obvious they never empty the vacuum.
This is a beautiful condo but there’s no inspection follow up after the cleaning crew.

The rental was in a great location, only a 15 minute walk from downtown Cocoa Beach. There were many restaurants within walking distance. It was clean and had all the kitchen items you could want. The bathrooms could use some updating.

We had a great time. Great location, the beach was amazing the pool was refreshing and the sunrises from the balcony were spectacular! The balcony was our favorite spot. Was always breezy, we had dinner out there almost every night.
