We were very pleased with our stay at 402. Condo was clean and had everything that we needed. Our only complaint was the TVs in the bedrooms we could not seem to be able to use them. Hopefully this problem will be solved since we are planning on staying here again in February/March.

Property manager Ana was fantastic. Got into the condo with ease (note: the elevator serves 2 buildings, which both have a condo 402.) Property felt secure, pool was unheated but nice. Condo was comfortable, all appliances were in working order and the bed was comfortable.

My time at the rental apartment was a beautiful experience. The place was well kept / organized/ cleaned. The king size bed was great. I slept well. I had everything I needed. The community pool was amazing. I would recommend this place to stay at. I can't wait to return.
Location of condo is farther from pool area than we would have liked but yet it was still not a far walk. Cleanliness of property was just ok - mat in second bedroom was not clean and we actually took it out of the room. Stains on children’s comforter and sheets so i had to wash them when we arrived. Communication with property manager was just ok. She would respond after first email but follow up communication was hit or miss. I left something very special to me in condo when we checked out (which was a day early and they never even mentioned refund) and she is now not responding to my messages. We have stayed at Windsor Hills prior to this on 3 other occasions and never had any issues. Would not stay at this particular condo again - due to issues mentioned above.
